Company History

Chronicity, Inc. was formed in September 2006 by Robert Baurys, Susan Hrim and Chrysalis Ventures III to focus on consumer-directed health care initiatives with a specific interest in the treatment of chronic medical conditions that are not being effectively addressed by current medical treatment avenues.

The company’s initial effort was into the ADD/ADHD market with the late 2006 development of ADD Health and Wellness Centers Inc.  This multi-center company focuses on bringing the pharmaceutical, counseling, nutrition and learning components of effective treatment into one integrative delivery model.  The company maintains a proprietary outcome measurement system which, to date, has show impressive results from this novel integrative approach to this difficult condition.

In August of 2007, Chronicity, Inc. purchased controlling interest in Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers (FFC) Inc. of Addison Texas. FFC was originally started by Baurys and Hrim in 2004 and consists of 13 operating centers located in major markets such as Philadelphia, Seattle, Las Vegas, Denver, Dallas, Atlanta etc.
